Global Water Soil Moisture Sensor (AT210) Global Water Soil Moisture Sensor (AT210) Reliable, accurate soil moisture monitoring and control for: Bioremediation Wastewater Reclamation Landfill Management Agriculture The Global Soil Moisture Sensor accurately measures soil moisture for many applications. The sensor requires no maintenance and has a high level signal output for direct interface to Global Water control, datalogging and telemetry systems. The sensor averages moisture over its length when placed vertically or will measure moisture at a specific depth when placed horizontally. Optional salinity and temperature sensors can be added to track salt buildup or contamination inflows. Soil temperature can be monitored for plant growth studies and control of bioremediation. Soil moisture is measured by sensing the dielectric constant of the soil. Soil moisture is the major contributor to dielectric constant. The Global Soil Moisture Sensor accurately monitors and controls soil moisture, which means that bioremediation systems can be maximized and the ground water can be protected. Remote Operation: Global Water Soil Moisture and Salinity Sensors are compatible with other brands of meters, loggers and telemetry.
