Click the DISPLAYS tab to add a new shape, image, label, graphical label, rend, pump, valve, or status LED. Change the window color, add a new window, open an existing window, save print, or go back to run mode. Just click a button. Properties: Set the display properties for each component. Change the selected component's font, size, colors, border style, text and angle. Each component has properties that can be changed. Change the tank display by modifying the title, colors, border style, minimum, and maximum values. Click the Preview button to see the change in the window. Setting component properties is an important part of the screen design. In edit mode, double click a component to show the property form. Make changes to the component's appearance, assign a MODBUS address, select its data logging properties, and click OK. Your component stores these properties with the form when it is closed. Real Time & Historical Trend Chart Double click the trend chart to change its properties. You can change the border style, the trend's time range, the graph title, minimum and maximum values as well as individual trend properties. You can also select to show or not show the title and the grid. The trend chart shows data in real time while storing historical data. Click on the (<< or < or > or>> buttons) to see historical data. Real time data is still being collected while viewing the historical data. Click on the label between the historical buttons to go back to real time. Database: View historical data files by selecting a file name and clicking the Show File button. All files are time tagged using the long file name support by Windows 95. The data is stored in an ASCII, comma delimited format. View alarm files or data files. These files can be opened by any spreadsheet program or word processor for further analysis. Log historical data for any component. Select On Event or On Time logging. Then set the recording interval, file name, and when to store. Data is automatically saved when the program is closed.
