Global Water (RC900) Global Remote Controller/Terminal Unit The Global RC900 Remote Controller/Terminal Unit The Global RC900 Remote Controller/Terminal Unit is a powerful, rugged low-power computer for remote monitoring and control. The RC900 has been designed specifically for the harsh environments of the water, wastewater and environmental industries. The RC900 is fully user-programmable in BASIC language and the low power feature allows battery or solar operation. Communication modes include radio, dedicated and dial-up telephone, and hard wire. The RC900 has 11 analog input channels (0-5 Vdc or 4-20 mA, 16 digital channels, and 8 control output channels. It also has a RS232/422 port, a parallel printer port, four 28 VDC power supplies to drive current loops, and an expandable card cage for additional I/O cards. The RC900 is programmed in BASIC and has 32K RAM as its base memory.
