Our TempTestr IR Food model is optimized for the food preparation industry. It offers ±1%/1°C (2°F) accuracy in the HACCP critical temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 150°F). This tester’s high spectral response lets you take readings through steam. Laser sighting lets you pinpoint your exact target.
