Global Water AnaLogger (AL100) Datalogger for Voltage or Curren Global Water AnaLogger (AL100) Datalogger for Voltage or Current Systems Features Low Power / Internal Battery Logs 6000 Readings 12 Bit Resolution EZ-PC Software (Included) The Global AnaLogger is a general purpose single channel datalogger for recording 4-20MA or 0-5VDC sensor signals. The Global AnaLogger is a battery powered device for remotely monitoring and recording environmental data from a wide variety of sensors. This highly reliable and accurate logger records 6000 readings and it is programmable from one reading per minute to one reading per hour. Data is stored on solid state memory for later upload to computer, for analysis and report generation. The Global AnaLogger is housed in a rugged enclosure. It has an internal 9 VDC battery powers that logger for one year. An external battery powers the sensor. EZ-PC software is provided to allow upload of data to standard spreadsheets on any PC computer. Sensors may be left on continuously or switched on and off by the logger using the external battery power supply. Sensor Interface Most environmental and process control sensors can be read by the datalogger. The analog channels read 0-5 VDC or 4-20 MA sensors. In addition, the datalogger provides a switched 12 VDC to the sensors to power them prior to taking a reading. The Warm up Time is programmable depending on the sensor type. Input resolution and accuracy for analog sensors is 12 bit (or one part in 4095). Software Easy-to-use software and cable is provided with each AL100. There are 10 menu choices, allowing you to set Date, Time, Recording Interval, Engineering Units, Collect Data, Warm up Time and Observe Data. Tabular files may be printed or data presented by all standard spreadsheets.
