Global Water EZ200 Controller Global Water EZ200 Controller Global's EZ200 Controller is a 4-digit Microprocessor based auto tune Fuzzy Logic and PID universal input controller. The EZ200 is the first 1/32 DIN controller in the world to offer advanced fuzzy logic algorithms to overcome the inadequacies of standard PID controllers; all in a package that is 1/2 the size of a 1/16 DIC controller and very economically priced. Fuzzy logic technology enables a process to reach its predetermined setpoint in the shortest time possible with an absolute minimum of overshoot and undershoot during start up conditions and during a process disturbance. The fuzzy logic works with the autotune function in the sense that the value of the PID parameters chosen by the controller are used as a starting point for all decisions made by the fuzzy logic intelligence. The end result of this extra layer of "intelligence" is that your process will maintain a rock-steady setpoint and stay there. The Sixth Sense EZ200 offers many advanced features not available in any other 1/32 DIN product.
