 Features Models LT8200RFE and LT8200RCE are time-sharing recorders that can record two temperatures (refrigerator/freezer cabinets, indoor/outdoor, duct intake/outlet) and one "on/off" event (on/off operation of compressor, electric heating element, fan or pump motor). They can also be set up to record just one temperature. When set up as a time-sharing recorder, the two temperatures and one event are recorded in a controlled sequence (T1, Ev, T2, Ev, T2, T2) which repeats. This results in one-dot, two dot and three-dot patterns that identify the traces of the three variables on the chart. The LT8200RFE/RCE temperature ranges are determined by the probes that are used with the recorder. Two probes (not supplied with recorder) with the same temperature span must be used together. The "on/off event" is sensed by an AC clamp-on current transducer supplied with the recorder; currents of 4-300 amperes would appear as full scale indication for "event on." For "event off" or zero amperes, a trace would be printed below the switch zero line. These are not recordings of amperes, they are merely "on/off" indications. Currents of less than 4 amperes can be increased by means of the Energizer A47-L, available separately as an accessory. Model PT8102 is a single input, triple range ºF temperature recorder. Changing range is accomplished by changing the chart and probe (not supplied). Model PT8100 (ºF) single input, is a dual range temperature recorder. Changing range is accomplished by means of a switch located on the input panel and changing the chart. Models P3100 and P3100C are single input very accurate, multi-range pyrometers that can accept any type J iron-constantan thermocouple with a resistance up to 500 ohms. The recorders automatically compensate for the resistance. All portable models are supplied with a power cord (P/N PC-3). Model PT8100 is supplied with one FLRBT-3 probe. Temperature probes for the other recorders must be ordered separately. The LT8200RFE and LT8200RCE are supplied with a clamp-on current transducer. All recorders are supplied with two rolls of chart paper, one for each range, as indicated Specifications  * Take-up versions are available by adding a ‘-T’ after the catalog number. The take-up models can accept a 60 foot roll of chart paper - just add a ‘-6’ after the chart paper catalog number. Each of the time-sharing recorders has a variable chart speed of 1"/hr., 6"/hr., or 12"/hr. † These recorders are available in two additional versions: Take-up, designated by a ‘-T’ suffix and having three user-adjustable chart speeds of 1"/hr., 12"/hr., or 24"/hr.; Non-take-up in either of two factory-set chart speeds designated by a ‘-1’ suffix for a 1"/hr. chart speed or ‘-12’ suffix for a 12"/hr. chart speed.
